Step 1. Check the schedule and select your preferred dates
Step 2. Contact Telo Island Lodge via this form, or call our sales office to confirm availability and obtain a quote for selected dates.
Step 3. We will forward you a quote and guest booking form that will confirm your travel dates and provide details on how to confirm your reservation.
Step 4. To confirm you reservation, please complete and return your booking form and arrange payment of your 25% deposit into the account listed or contact us with your credit card information. When we have received these items, you will receive a booking confirmation and final invoice. Progress payments are due: 50% at 150 days, 75% at 120 days and 100% at 90 days prior to trip commencement, non refundable after such date. Once final balance is received you will be issued with your Telo Island Lodge Travel Wallet and Registration forms.
Step 5. Complete and return your registration forms no later than 30 days prior to travel. Please advise if you require assistance booking accommodation in Medan on arrival or departure.
Step 6. Get ready for an amazing 10 days in paradise!
